Conditioned Air Rigs
Have you ever wanted a testing chamber that you could take anywhere? Perhaps a Conditioned Air Rig, or CAR, may be the best solution.
A CAR is a portable heating/cooling rig that provides temperature controlled air via supply and return pipes to the box you wish to condition.
Examples of use
- Carrying out vibration testing at temperature.
- Conditioning large or awkward test items in situ.
- Allows easy interface to a vibrator in the vertical and horizontal mode.
- Can be interfaced with temporary enclosures.
- Can be manufactured to meet explosive standards.
- Can be temperature only or temperature and humidity.
CAR units allow you to interface with the product whilst keeping the plant and controls remote. CAR units can be used with purpose built enclosures to condition any type of load.
